Failure to give Decorus Home Staging more than 48hr notice will result in a $1000 emergency destage fee if destage occurs on weekdays and $1500 emergency destage fee if destage needs to be completed on a weekend. This fee will be strictly enforced.

I understand that no person(s) is to meet the company or be present at the property during the removal process for the protection and safety concerns for all parties involved per the Staging Agreement.

Decorus Home Staging requires this WRITTEN 7 BUSINESS DAY NOTICE for a De-stage (removal of furniture) .Once notification of the property sale is received, Decorus Home Staging is authorized to De-stage UP TO the Closing date based on geographical scheduling. It is the intention of Decorus Home Staging to De-stage the property as close to the closing date as possible, this allows for any sudden contract changes. In the event Decorus Home Staging is not notified of the sale of the property and the new owner occupies the property with Decorus Home Stagings inventory still in place, the Payor assumes responsibility for all inventory replacement costs. De-stage cancellation requests require the renewal fee be paid immediately.

I confirm no decorative items will be left in the property other than all Decorus Home Stagings initially displayed for the purposes of expedited removal. Client is not to move or pack any of Decorus Home Staging items per the staging agreement.
